I am here to help you on this journey. I aim to work with you to collaboratively set goals and help you solve problems through a strengths-based approach.

As a counseling intern, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, working with clients to identify their strengths and goals. My therapeutic modality is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and humanistic theories, with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+-affirming care to individuals of all backgrounds. I am excited to continue learning and growing as a counselor, and to support my clients in their own journeys towards healing and growth.

I am currently working towards licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
