With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a license as an LGPC, I am transitioning from a fulfilling 28-year career in high school education to pursue my passion for counseling. My extensive experience in teaching has equipped me with the skills to build strong, supportive relationships and guide individuals and couples through challenges, making counseling a natural and exciting next step for me.

My background includes working with diverse age groups, including adolescents, young adults, older adults, couples, and families. I have a deep understanding of issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, body image, and life transitions. I am committed to listening attentively to my clients and working collaboratively to achieve their goals.
